Artworker

to take on our

Social Media output

. You will be responsible for

designing

audience-facing graphics

across all Play Sports Network

Youtube

channels (road cycling, off-road biking and triathlon).

T

he work will be varied and fast-paced; with the opportunity to influence the look and feel of our channels.

You will be a creative thinker and a multi-tasker. Someone with great communication skills and a desire to develop their skills. You must be able to work in a demanding environment and still maintain great attention to detail.

You will have a relevant design degree and/or experience working in a studio setting. Previous experience creating social media content would be a bonus.

Your portfolio will demonstrate experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as examples of work that illustrate your ability to fulfil the following:

Responsibilities- Graphic design, layout and image manipulation- Support our content strategy and complement current branding- Create thumbnails for Youtube channels- Artwork your designs for use on other social media platforms- Assist with special projects and internal assignments- Source and/or create photography, illustrations, and graphics for individual projects- Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas

Skills required- Adept with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator- Able to use DSLR cameras- Creative flair and a good eye for detail- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Consistency, regardless of project size- Good organisational and communication skills that support the rest of the team- The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve

Desirable but not essential- Passion for cycling and/or knowledge of the cycling industry- Experience creating Youtube thumbnails- Understanding of French, Spanish, Italian or German languages

You will report to the Design Manager and interpret and realise the creative vision for our content.

You will work collaboratively within the team to produce high-quality content and uphold the expectation of creative excellence within the company.
