The service works alongside Teesside Crisis and intensive home treatment teams to provide a rapid response to people who, following contact with the NHS, are assessed as not in need of an urgent statutory response but who nevertheless are in emotional and psychological distress and may require an immediate response to their personally defined need.

You will be working from community venues in Tees Valley with some home working.

Working hours will mainly be office hours during the working week with some evening and weekend work to cover on-call and to meet client needs.
