We're looking for a Sales, Customer Service & Administration Consultant within our head office who can make a real difference to our clients.

Within this role you will need to display excellent customer service and administration skills to deliver the bestcare, support and experience for our clients.

What we offer you is a full time role, 39 hours per week, worked across 5 days Mon-Fri, based at our head office at Lakeside, North Harbour, Portsmouth.

Southern Co-op is recruiting for a Sales, Customer Service & Administration Consultant to join our Funeral Planning team.

As an integral part of our FCA regulated team you will use your knowledge and experience to guide our clients through the purchase ofa pre-paid funeral plan and the ongoing administration of existing plans to ensure we deliver the best care, support and experience at all times.

What we're looking for

Selling of prepaid funeral plans to our clients
Identifying and supporting vulnerable customers
Processing plans when they are redeemed at one of our funeral homes.
Ongoing support for clients who have enquiries or concerns
Ensure ongoing compliance with FCA regulations
Be a team player and support the team to be successful
