Description

Duties:


  • Invoice processing and control, including the filing and scanning of documents
  • Invoices prepayment logging and processing the monthly release
  • Assist in the building of data analysis
  • Provide ad hoc data and documents
  • Generating the suggested payment runs
  • Answering any internal or external queries
  • Building the cash flow forecast
  • Ensuring that the P&L charge is as expected and that variances are understood, including any prior month adjustments that were posted.
  • Regular chasing activity to collect the cash into the business
  • Work with business on various projects to enhance processes, system.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Minimum of one year's experience of ledger work
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to use other Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work with large data sets
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deliver to strict deadlines
  • Some experience within a finance department, plus an understanding the P&L, Balance sheet and necessary controls.
