Fintelligent is looking for a Customer Acquisition Agent to join our vibrant finance team based in the beautiful Birchwood Business Park in Warrington.

We offer a basic salary of up to £24,000 p/a with OTE's between up to 8,000 per year and an incrediblebenefits package, including hybrid working, increasing salary bandings, onsite gym and restaurants, free weekly cinema screenings.


As a Customer Acquisition Agent, you will be making life easier for the customer, spending time making sure they are making the right decision on the finance package they have chosen, helping them understand the financial and legal implications of what theyare doing and have the support they need through the whole process.

Some of the Customer Acquisition Agent roles will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and dealers
  • Completing income and expenditure calls with customers to gain accurate monthly outgoings information and ensure the repayments will be sustainable
  • Ensuring all the information is accurately recorded
  • Providing full explanation of the services and guiding them through the finance agreement, confirming that the loan repayments are affordable
  • Worked in a regulatory environment and understand Treating the Customer Fairly
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to use conversational and questioning techniques
  • Graduated (preferred but not essential)
