    • Basic salary range of £18000 to £27500 per year, depending on experience
    • Up to £5400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
    • An additional £2725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
    • Minimum on-target earnings of £26125+ per year

    • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day off in exchange)

      • The responsibilities of a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Ipswich

        • Booking and conducting property inspections
        • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
        • Coordinating with contractors for maintenance and repair issues
        • Managing deposit returns
        • Resolving rental arrears
        • Handling eviction requests
        • Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
        • Establishing strong relationships with landlords and tenants
        • Managing complaints
        • Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

            To proceed in our recruitment process, you need:

            • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car
            • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
            • Evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate)
            • We also require

              • National Insurance
              • Drivers Licence Check
              • At times during the application process, video call interviews may be necessary.

                Our Employee Assistance Programme provides support and guidance via telephone in up to six sessions.

                Company commitments to annual eye tests and glasses are subject to the Terms of the Eye Test Policy.

                Employee referrals are governed by the Employee Referral Scheme.

                Holiday entitlement of 30 paid days per year includes 22 days plus 8 bank holidays, with compensation given for working on a bank holiday.
