About the Role
This individual will have responsibility of working close with the Patient Access Managers and Patient Access Manager Lead to manage on behalf of the pharma client all Health Care Professional's enquiries to access Compassionate Use Medicines.
The Patient Access Associate has the important role of guiding a Health Care Professional step by step to access a program as well as to guarantee all regulatory requirements per market are completed prior to shipment.
What will your job look like?
- Be the Healthcare Professional contact point on all Early Access Programs to help them complete a patient request in an efficient and timely manner
- Deliver against Patient Access specific KPIs
- Support Physicians throughout the request process, ensuring all questions are responded to promptly
- Ensure all ordering physicians and delivery sites are verified
- Manage situations where customers are distressed in a calm and solution focused manner
- Advise customers on the regulatory landscape in their market, with support from the Patient Access Managers and Bionical regulatory team
- Ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met and ensure all countryspecific requirements are followed
- Promote patient centricity throughout all programs
What will you need to succeed?
- Customer services experience for at least 1 year within the pharmaceutical industry or related field
- Track record of customer facing service levels
- Knowledge of the drug development process and pharma industry experience
- Demonstrated commitment to patient access to critical treatments
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Effective relationship building
- A problem solver that is also able to anticipate issues and propose solutions
