We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to become an integral member of our ward team based on Furness Ward at Willesden Centre for Health & Care.

This role is an integral part of our established multi-disciplinary team.


As the Ward Administrator you will be a cornerstone in the efficient running of the ward and will work to collaboratively deliver an excellent service to patients and their families.


You will need to be IT literate, able to work with different computer systems confidently and demonstrate expertise in the full range of administrative skills.

You will be well organised, able to prioritise and have the ability to work as part of a team as well as being self-motivated and able to use your own initiative.

The role will include a wide variety of administrative tasks such as data inputting, typing, word processing, minute taking and ordering.

You will need to be robust and dynamic to meet the demands of your role.
