Our client is a leading sub-contract manufacturer serving the telecommunications, automotive, and defence sectors.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:Receive, inspect, and store materials with precision.

Order Fulfilment: Process requests, package items, ensure timely delivery to production areas.

Quality Control: Inspect materials, report non-conformities, collaborate with QA for solutions.

Organisation:Maintain a clean, organised stores area following 5S principles.

Communication: Collaborate with procurement, production, and QA teams to meet operational needs.


Requirements:

Experience: Some experience within manufacturing stores, familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes preferred.

Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in inventory management, prompt discrepancy resolution.

Organisational Skills:Efficient task prioritisation, experience with inventory tracking software is a plus.

Team Player:Collaborative spirit, positive work environment contribution.

Adaptability:Flexibility in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Communication Skills:Effective written and verbal communication.

Safety Conscious:Adherence to safety guidelines in material handling and storage.

Education: National 5 or equivalent; additional stores management certifications or training is a plus.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
