We are seeking to appoint an Exams Officer to join our dynamic, busy and friendly Business Support Team. This is a full time role and you will be from Monday

  • Friday and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Following are the responsibilities for this role:

  • Be responsible for the smooth running and administration of all public examinations and for the running of all internal and external exams
  • Provide assistance and support in the strategic management and effective organisation of the school's assessment, reporting, recording and tracking systems which assist the school in its primary function of teaching and learning
  • Manage data required by the School for external and internal use
  • Maintenance of accurate assessment and reporting data within the school MIS database
  • Lead on and provide administrative and clerical support for all aspects of business services, but specifically within Data, Assessment and Recording
  • Be responsible for the exemplary maintenance of student records
  • Support links with the community, families and local environment
These are some of the requirements that we need from you:

  • Experience of working in the education sector
  • 2 proven professional references
  • Eligible to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Proficiency in utilising Microsoft Office software packages
  • Understanding of mandatory data reporting requirements, including school census
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Displaying personal resilience, persistence, and perseverance
