Stirling is one of Dalcour Maclaren's newest offices and our first in Scotland.
Building on our existing client relationships and engagement with new clients, we have seen an unprecedented volume of work in Scotland across multiple sectors.
We are excited to be instructed on multiple Scotwind offshore wind projects, onshore wind projects and extensive electricity transmission and distribution work.
To assist us in delivering these exciting work-streams we are looking for aLiaison Officer to join the team
As a Liaison Officer you will:
- Proactively engage with landowners to secure the consents required
- Keep the client up to date and advise them on practical matters affecting land
- Complete land referencing, including finding owners and occupiers of land
- Assist the team and settle compensation claims
- Maintain accurate stakeholder records tracking progress and provide clear and concise records of condition
- Work in line with clientset time frames and targets to ensure the timely delivery of the programme
- Work closely with project teams, often operating directly from the project / client site
- Provide guidance and support to trainees as required, including apprentices and work placement students
- Build and Maintain own knowledge and skills through company run training
- Have a full UK driving licence
- Have good knowledge of agriculture and rural affairs
- Be an excellent communicator with the willingness to learn and develop
- Are selfmotivated and organised
- Be a great team player and have a cando attitude
