Contract: 40 Hours per Week, Permanent 5.5 from 7 days a week including Sunday matchdays

What We're Looking For:


We're looking for an organised coordinator to provide a professional highly responsive, administration and operations service, delivering operational excellence, continuous improvement and added value of how we do things.


Duties include:


  • To be responsible for the weekly Under 8 to Under 15 match confirmation to the opposition club, including confirming playing formats, kit colours, spectator links and match minutes.
  • To be responsible for half term/school holiday programmes.
  • To be matchday coordinator for all home U915 games, including cup games and tournaments hosted at the training ground.
  • Liaison with the premier league regarding all games, including cup games and tournaments.
  • Arranging match officials in liaison with the Surrey FA.
  • Arranging refreshments and stewarding for home fixtures.

Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required:

  • Experience of office work.
  • Experience of event planning.
  • Experience of football administration
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage internal and external relationships.
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB check.
