Are you an experienced recruitment administrator looking for a new challenge within a local authority where you can add real value to our people and community?
We are looking for a Talent Attraction Co-ordinator to support with recruitment administration within our Talent Attraction Team.


This is an ideal role for someone who has experience of recruitment and administration to join our newly formed Talent Attraction Team who will be integral to the smooth running and future of the organisation.


The role of Talent Attraction Co-ordinator

  • You will ensure a smooth handover to HR Operations for on boarding to take place.
  • You will be responsible for processing requests to recruit, ensuing the correct authorisations are in place.
  • You will be responsible for placing job adverts via an Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience working within a recruitment environment, either internally or in an agency setting.
  • A positive "cando" attitude
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • A good level of written English
