Stock Manager - Up to £32,000 - Cheshire - Retail

They are currently looking for a Stock Manager?who willtake control of the company's products and supplies by monitoring inventory levels, ordering new stock as needed and checking shipments and deliveries.

So, if you're self-driven, organised, and haveexperience in working with WMS standalone systems, this could be an amazing opportunity for you

Responsibilities:

Coordinate stock received into and returned to the warehouse
Responsible for recordingall stock movement
Complete a minimum of 4 perpetual counts in a calendar year
Make sure all QC stock is chased on a monthly/quarterly basis and returned if necessary
Liaise with suppliers for any rework
Report stock discrepancies to Customer Services to be rectified
Work closely with the Warehouse Assistant Manager to ensure all receipt processes are followed smoothly and efficiently
Work with the management team on any discrepancies
Lead the team of Stock Controllers to ensure the perpetual inventory checks are completed on a quarterly basis and made within the guidelines
Collaborate crossfunctionally across marketing, creative, sales, buying, and ecommerce.

About you:

Previous experience working with WMS standalone systems and
Exposure to 'Netsuite' but not necessary
Experience of using RF and finger scanner technologyalong with the ability to use a variety of tech options.
Experience in handling stock stored in multiple locations
Good knowledge of goodsin receipts and inventory putaways
Must have counting experience as well as stocktaking processes and procedure knowledge
Previous experience leading a team of 5+ people and working in a largescale business
Ability to implement new processes in areas that require attention
Strong people skills
Must formulate weekly reports back to the Warehouse Manager so excel and data analysis skills are required
Forklift truck licenses preferably counterbalance and pedestrian stackers
