Are you a dynamic and seasoned Creative Director ready to take the reins at a leading Social Agency in Manchester? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our senior team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the agency's creative direction.
As the Creative Director, you will embody and champion our agency values, setting the tone for the entire team.The agency is at the forefront of social marketing, and we're on the lookout for a visionary Creative Director to lead their team and inspire the wider agency.
This is not a typical managerial role – we need someone who thrives on rolling up their sleeves, managing their own projects, and overseeing others in a hands-on, dynamic environment.

Collaborate with the Executive Creative Directors to ensure optimal work outcome
Work in tandem with other teams to achieve financial objectives and manage workloads
Assist Assistant Creative Directors in concept development, client presentations and pitches
Maintain awareness of all major projects and support others in realising the overall vision
Essential: 6-8+ years of experience in Social marketing, Social PR, or equivalent
Hold 4+ years in a Senior role (Copywriter, Art Director, Hybrid, or other)
