    Please note that this is a London or Manchester-based role, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays, increasing to three days a week as of September 2024.

    As a Strategy Director at Havas Lynx Group you will lead the Customer Experience strategy team, in collaboration with the Head of CX Strategy.

    The job of the CX strategy team is to get a deep understanding of the journeys that our patients and doctors are on, spot moments in which we can help, and make sure that the experiences we make for them are as good as they can be.

    An experience might be anything from a website, to an event, to an app.

    From day one you will take ownership in the delivery of CX outputs that shape the experience strategy for a portfolio of clients, delivering a broad array of project types and working alongside differing disciplines.

    You will have the chance to further advance you CX strategy skills, working on the world's best-known and most advanced healthcare brands.

    Own the experience strategy for a portfolio of brands, demonstrating a robust understanding of the CX journey and the priority touchpoints to be optimised.

    Be a leader in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to improve healthcare experiences for patients and medical professionals.
    Understand the wider brand architecture and ecosystems within which brands operate, and how to work within them.

    Be the voice of the healthcare professional and patient, and understand how the brand should exist in their lives.

    Knowledge of a range of existing CX/UX frameworks (though we will also invest in upskilling you in the frameworks we use)
    Line-management or mentoring capabilities

    Hybrid Working - Please note that this is a Manchester based role and our current hybrid working arrangement is Tuesday's and Thursday's in the office, rising to three days as of September 2024.
