HR Temp - London - Temporary Contract - £30/hr

FryerMiles are excited to announce their partnership with this ground breaking Bio-tech firm that has made immense life changing advancements in the sector.

This thriving team is looking for a driven and ambitious HR professional to join their high calibre organisation.

This role is based in their state of the art office in Central London, and only requiring you in the office 2 days per week, with close proximityto transport links.

You will be working very closely with your stakeholders to ensure optimal success in business objectives. With the business going through a period of change, your support will be vital.

The duties of the HR Temp role include:

Direct Support on all HR initiatives
Recruitment
Onboarding & Offboarding
HR Admin
Managing daytoday Ad Hoc HR tasks
Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Senior Leadership Team, Managers and employees across department
Talent management, performance management

The successful HR Business Partner will have:

Strong HR experience and direct connection to the tasks, duties and responsibilities
You will need to display excellent technical abilities and clear communication skills
Have strong interpersonal and stake holder management capabilities
Experience working within a Biotech or Pharma company
