    Responsibilities:

    • Empower students as a Mental Health Support Worker.
    • Implement tailored strategies to address individual student needs effectively.
    • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.
    • Create a nurturing environment to enhance social interactions and communication skills.
    • Assist with daily tasks, academic activities, and behavior interventions to foster growth.


    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a Mental Health Support Worker is advantageous.
    • Applicants with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will receive priority consideration.
    • Strong communication skills to facilitate clear interactions.
    • Demonstrated patience, fexibility and adaptability and empathy in dealing with students.
    • Dedication to the success and well-being of students.
