We have a part time vacancy in our admin/ accounts office to work alongside our full time Accounts/Office Manager. Working hours to be worked flexibly between

8 & 3pm Monday to Thursday & 8 and 12.45 Friday and holiday cover

Part time - Approx. 24 hours per week


This role will be developing in time as we have a programme to bring in new software but the role as it currently stands is set out below.

Fortnightly Payroll ( occasionally weekly when providing holiday cover)

Admin support to sales team

Processing sales orders,

Raising delivery notes & sales invoices

Checking invoices and sending out to customers

Allocating customer payments & chasing late payments

Liaising with customers to resolve any accounts / order queries.

Assisting with pension administration

Ordering stationary & cleaning materials

Answer phones & general admin & filing


Being able to work to and follow set processes is required but you will equally need to be able to work outside the box at times and have a versatile and flexible approach.

You will also need to be able to work alone once up to speed with office procedures and the various tasks.


Start and finish times are flexible but you would be required to in the office between 9.30 and 1.30pm Mon to Thurs Fridays and fulfil 20-24 hours each week.
