QUALITY INSPECTOR
COME AND JOIN ONE OF THE SOUTH'S LEADING SHEET METAL COMPANIES


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Inspector to join our well-established Sheet Metal and Welding company based within the Wimborne, Dorset area.


We were established in 1966, and within that time we have become one of the best sheet metal companies in the UK.

We currently require a full time QC Inspector to join the RJW team to ensure our products are dispatched exactly as required.

You will need to have good sheet metal experience & have knowledge of ISO9001:2015 systems.


Duties will include:

  • The Inspection of products throughout the manufacturing process
  • Working within sheet metal and welding environment
  • Using a variety of tooling & measuring equipment
  • Inspecting components to strict quality standards
  • Working with a busy team
  • Recording all quality data
  • Reporting any issues to the Quality Manager
  • Duties to include patrol inspection on the shop floor & final inspection
  • Must be able to work out sheet metal developments

Required experience:

  • Sheet metal: 5 years
Quality Control: 3 year


Required licence or certification:

  • Driving License

Salary:
£13.00-£14.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wimborne, BH21 7NP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
