HR Business Partner - 12 Month Maternity Cover

Hemel Hempstead/Hybrid

Our client a global industry leader in their field is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team to cover Maternity Leave as soon as possible.


The HR team supports across Europe including the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Germany ensuring there are appropriate people policies, processes, programmes, development, and capabilities within the business to support their people to succeed.

Described as having an 'amazing' culture where new ideas are embraced, and everyone is friendly, supportive and collaborative.


Working within your stakeholder group, you will be working at pace, deeply embedded into the business strategy of the organisation, and have experience in contributing to the annual people plan.

You will have significant experience in implementing strategicinitiatives, working collaboratively with HR colleagues, and have experience in coaching and mentoring and be key in helping deliver the HR strategy.


About you:


  • Minimum 3 years experience in an HR Business Partner role, assisting a diverse client base ideally across EMEA and/or Germany
  • Strong customer service skills with a flexible, cando attitude
  • Demonstrable interpersonal skills, able to build positive and collaborative relationships at all levels
  • Good organisational skills with an ability to manage own workload and priorities to meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities
  • Ability to work as part of a team and a flexible approach to adapt to changing work requirements
  • Ability to produce work of a high standard with a high level of attention to detail
