Description
We are looking for an experienced CRM user to join our friendly and professional training and user engagement team.


The User Engagement team helps users to understand the value that can be gained from DARS and provides them with the tools and training they need to confidently use technology to achieve their objectives.


This role is responsible for delivering training, coaching and support to a wide range of users across the collegiate University, and for looking after all training programme administration.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you are an experienced CRM user who is used to providing advice and support to your colleagues on how best to use the system.

You do not need formal training experience although that would be a bonus.
