Job Description V7 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well established main contractor who specialise in largescale new build commercial and apartment projects in the North West.

Ensuring projects are ran on schedule and that high standards of work are being maintained.
Line Management for Subcontractors
Running projects within agreed timescales in line with the site programme.
Managing direct labour and subcontractors ensuring they keep to the subcontractors agreement.
At times working on logistically challenging projects and in live environments
