Service Manager Architect - Up to £645 per day - Contract until March 2023

Corsham/Hybrid

Role:

Service Manager Architect, deliver services that meet the defined standards and are best in class for the organisation. Interpreting user insight and performance data to drive service design and iterative improvements. Clarifying and articulating the diverserequirements of users and delivery partners to support effective delivery of a service.

Translating complex aims and needs into clear and manageable plans and determining resource requirements to support service design and maintenance.

Building and sustainingthe departments capability to design, build and operate high quality digital services, bringing in a range of technical, analytical and design skills.

Experience of information systems service design and delivery for Cloud networks and platforms
Experience of a range of architecture approaches, the factors involved in choosing the right approach and when and how they may be tailored for Cloud networks and platforms
Experience in the design of highlevel structures to enable and guide the design and development of integrated services that meet current and future business needs for Cloud.
Insightful analysis as required to ensure the development of and modifications to service components are appropriately considered. (e.g. relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards and practices, ensuring that existing and planned service componentsremain compatible).
Experience of continual service improvement strategies
Articulates necessary changes to service architecture components, processes, organisational structures, and operating models for the required Cloud services.
Architectural modelling skills for Cloud services using a variety of tools
Understanding of the use of Enterprise Architecture frameworks for Cloud services
