I am looking for great Team Administrators within not-for-profit organisations

  • For up and coming permanent opportunities within London

About Our Client:

Various Not-for-profit organisations, Charities and Membership Bodies

  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support Department
  • Assist with meeting organisation and diary management
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records
  • Coordinate logistics for team events and meetings
  • Support the team in client relationship management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant:


As a successful Team Administrator you will have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team
