About Our Client:
Various Not-for-profit organisations, Charities and Membership Bodies
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support Department
- Assist with meeting organisation and diary management
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records
- Coordinate logistics for team events and meetings
- Support the team in client relationship management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant:
As a successful Team Administrator you will have:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team
