Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team at Carter Brown.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads from our core client base and new markets and converting them into opportunities for our assessment services.

Your primary focus will be on outbound calling to prospective clients, building rapport, and effectively communicating the value of our services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Carter Brown's assessment services and identify potential opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry changes and conduct competitor research
  • Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the suitability of our services.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider teams including marketing, case handlers and referrals.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Selfmotivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
