WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU.

  • Meeting clients at properties to carry out viewings and inspections.
  • Experience in lettings & negotiating.
  • Confident on the phone and in person and in dealing with people.
  • Winning new business.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • Marketing and making outbound calls to bring in business.
  • Conducting property valuations & taking on new business contract signing.
  • Arranging and carryingout viewings
  • Managing your own diary.
  • Inspections and inventories.
  • Building and maintaining a excellent service to all customers, landlords.
  • Be highly target driven and meet weekly targets.
  • Working closely with the office team.
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Friendly and approachable.


You will need at least 3 years experience within a sales and lettings negotiator position or within the property industry.


Expected Start Date:
before 1st may 2021


Salary:
£18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving License (required)
