Up to £24,000
Our client, a leading provider of Domiciliary Care across the Midlands are looking for a Regional Trainer to cover Coleshill, Hinkley, Worcester and Corby

The role of the trainer is to deliver high-quality vocational training to front-line care workers (and certain others as appropriate), including accurately assessing trainees' competence and knowledge.

Main responsibilities of the role will be:

Coordinating care worker training
Supporting the development of local training plans in line with the Training and Development Policy
Delivering care worker training
Assessing trainee learning
Maintaining complete and accurate training records
Undertaking continuous training and development to ensure knowledge is up to date
Working with the policy team to develop standard training programmes in line with current best practice
Working with service user and carer trainers to deliver training where appropriate and practicable
Agreeing and achieving targets for training
Identifying and helping to secure opportunities for free training or funding for training
Carrying out inventories of training facilities and ensuring training facilities are suitably resourced (with reference to line management)
Taking part in team meetings as appropriate.
