Summary:


Key responsibilities:


  • Managing customer relationships in line with customer service plan
  • Conducting regular performance reviews to ensure service delivery SLAs are met
  • Managing workflow for Delivery Analyst to support the customer
  • Managing onboarding of new customers
  • Providing energy portfolio analysis and review, to ensure that customer?s portfolios and supplier information is appropriately maintained and configured

Skills and experience required:


  • Experienced Energy professional
  • Keen to progress a career within the Energy Management Industry
  • Passion for Customer Service
  • Understanding of Energy Management, Project Management and Business Processes
