- A university graduate with at minimum a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution;
- Intelligent and wellspoken with a strong business sense;
- Able to produce written and oral presentations effectively;
- Committed to a career in financial regulation for three years post completion of the Graduate Training Programme;
- 21 years or older.
