Team and Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth strategy. Collaborating closely with the Marketing & BD Group, you'll identify and seize new opportunities in targeted sectors and markets.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you'll embed sector go-to-market strategies, cultivate client relationships, and expand the firm's reach within the UK.

Develop cross-border opportunities with colleagues in the US and preferred firm network
Coach and support Client Partners on BD efforts and pipeline management
Create impactful BD and marketing materials to support business objectives
Promote CRM tools and technologies to enhance client engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to improve BD and CRM efforts
Facilitate legal directory submissions and maintain quality standards

Experience in leading sector-driven focus and managing new business pipelines
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
