Description

We are currently recruiting a Team Leader with at least 3 years of experience on a permanent basis for a client in Bilborough, Nottingham to supervise all aspects of warehousing.

The client are a manufacturer and supplier of worktops across the country.


Working hours:
Days

  • Monday to Thursday 07:00 till 16:00 then Friday 07:00 till 14:00
Nights

  • Monday to Thursday 21:00 till 07:00
Responsibilities of the Team Leader

  • Must be flexible and proactive be able to think and react quickly
  • Must be used to working with deadlines.
  • Be able to work efficiently and manage our staff over all departments as required to meet production and workload targets.
  • Committed to working extra hours when required, for the good of the Business
  • Must be able to read and understand production plans and specifications.
  • Be used to working in a busy fast paced environment.
  • Must be Health and safety compliant.
  • Be used to working with manufacturing standards.
  • Ensure self and staff always comply with Company procedures and policies.
