    CUSTOMER CARE AGENT

    We are working with an exciting client that is in their 'scale up' phase and looking to bring in a team of customer care agents in the coming months for ongoing temporary work.


    Our client is a global D2C medicine platform across the UK, US and EU working with multiple healthcare brands. This specific opportunity will sit within the weight loss brand with over 500,(Apply online only) customers.



    CUSTOMER CARE AGENT ROLE:

    Using Zendesk to manage customer queries about services, orders, and applications for medical prescriptions
    Compliance administration such as valid ID checking and patient data input
    Completing pre-checks for applications, working through 1,(Apply online only) backlogged applications
    Responding to emails from a shared inbox
    Making outbound calls to update customers on order progression or missing application information
    Managing complex and sensitive communications with customers
    Maintaining and adhering to patient confidentiality policies



    CUSTOMER CARE AGENT ESSENTIALS:

    Min 6 months of customer service experience using a CRM system
    Must be comfortable working two weekends per month
    Excellent verbal and written communications
    An interest in health & wellness
    Ability to work autonomously
    Pro-active attitude
