    The PropertyOur client is a UK based Management Company seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join their revenue management team.
  • Home based role, anywhere in the UK
  • Managing 3 key hotels for the group
  • Visiting your hotels once a month
  • Branded, 4 star hotels
  • 690 Keys with meeting & event space
  • Reporting directly to a Regional Revenue ManagerBenefits you will receive as Senior Cluster Revenue Manager:

  • Be the key driver of maximizing bedrooms and Meetings & Events revenue for your properties
  • Set strategy and create outputs which drive performance, short, medium and long term etc
  • Have a clear understanding and influence revenue related relationships to the benefit of the business both internal and external
  • Maximise all sales opportunity's
  • Effectively communicating with key stakeholders of the company.
  • Experience of Ideas, onQ, Delphi, Lighthouse and Gro etc would be an advantage.As Senior Cluster Revenue Manager you will have
  • Worked in a similar role as a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, Cluster or Area Revenue Manager or Revenue Manager based at a large single hotel
  • Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic processes
  • Great organisational, planning, numerical and analytical ability
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills, be accountable and resilient
  • The ability to work under pressure and be able to impact and influence at all levels
  • Agility to respond to different work situationsYou must currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
