Our warehouse processes hundreds of orders per day, with each order containing multiple different items.

The ideal candidate will lead our team of warehouse workers, focusing on improving layout, location discipline, and replenishment to achieve a 20% increase in output per head.

Proven track record of driving significant efficiency improvements in a warehouse environment
Expertise in optimizing warehouse layouts, processes, and picking methodologies
Hands-on approach to warehouse management, with a willingness to spend 70% of their time on the floor with the team
Candidates without significant experience in warehouse management and process optimization
Those who prefer a hands-off approach to leadership and are not willing to work closely with their team on the warehouse floor
Optimize warehouse layout, picking processes, and replenishment strategies
Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse workers across replenishment, picking, and loading functions
Maintain strict location discipline and ensure accurate inventory management
Collaborate with production, sales, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment
Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment
Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, lollops, and pallet trucks
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
