I'm working with a long-standing client of mine to recruit a Finance Manager for this group.

They're a highly sought-after employer and offer great exposure to other areas of the business, it's not uncommon for people to have long and progressive careershere.


As the Finance Manager, you'll oversee three analysts and be responsible for reviewing and tracking cash flow and bank payments.

You'll work closely with wider finance teams and stakeholders of all levels, so you'll need to be an excellent communicator andrelationship builder.


Hybrid working is in affect where you'll need to be in the office three days a week, they have some recently reviewed benefits which are excellent and offering a salary of up to £55,000.

Day to Day in the role?

  • Manage a team of three
  • Review daily and weekly cash flow process including reporting
  • Monthly and quarterly cash flow submissions, including variance analysis
  • Preparation of weekly and quarterly forecasts, budgets and long range cash flow plans
  • Ensure timely and accurate cash recordings and bank reconciliations
  • Review of investment opportunities and prepare proposals for Senior Leadership
  • Ad hoc support with SOX compliance
