FRS are a well-established (approaching 20 years) recruitment business specialising within Finance & Accountancy across the East & West Midlands and Home Counties with further geographical expansion ahead.

Our client's reach is broad, ranging across many different industries and sectors from SME to PLC businesses with a history of long-standing relationships and PSL arrangements.

As part of our continued expansion, we are actively looking to recruit Trainee, Graduate and experienced Recruitment Professionals to join our Midlands team.


Role responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of new vacancies, understanding client requirements around practical experience and personality fit.
  • Organising interviews with clients both Face to Face and Video Calls
  • Negotiation of commercial arrangements (terms of business) with new and existing customers.

We"re open to speaking to people who have experience in a range of different backgrounds, including recent graduates, Recruitment is ultimately a sales role, so you need to be able to display that you"re motivated to work hard, you"re driven by results, you"re organised and you have great communication skills.

What can you look forward to

  • Great earning potential with industry leading remuneration package made up of Basic Salary, Car Allowance and quarterly performance related bonus based on revenue.
  • Realistic 1st year OTE Salary of £60,000 to £80,000
