TeamMate, a business unit of Wolters Kluwer, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our thriving team in Canary Wharf.
This role is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of in-person and digital marketing campaigns that support organisational marketing objectives.
This resource will work individually or with a team on various marketing activities to continuously improve campaign performance and marketing KPIs across various channels.

About the role
Based in our modern office in Canary Wharf, the Marketing Specialist will participate in planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and events, including:
- Coordinate and organise webinars and events throughout the EMEA region, ensuring maximum participation, lead generation and ROI
- Monitor performance of marketing campaigns, tracking the leads generated by those campaigns, and helping to continuously improve performance
- Liaise with suppliers, hotels, exhibition centres, speakers, and other key stakeholders
- Arrange all event logistics and provide on-site management
- Work in collaboration with the marketing team to arrange the production and publication of all event collaterals including brochures and flyers, corporate gifts, displays and signage
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and manage marketing activities-
- Support social media strategy including content creation, engagement, scheduling, and reporting-
- Help with creative execution and updates of product content (e.g., sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos)
- Any other duties within the scope of the role
