Lanes -I are one of the UK's fastest growing telecoms infrastructure provider, with a projected turnover in excess of £130 million, over 900 people and a network work of depots across London & the Southeast of England.

Our purpose is to disrupt and challenge traditional build and methods and to deliver safe and sustainable infrastructure projects.

We are seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will assist our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects.

This will involve monitoring PMOMailbox, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Attending, minuting, and participating in stakeholder meetings
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Determining project changes.
Providing administrative support to the operation teams as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Developing, writing, implementing, and reviewing current project processes.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ensuring stakeholder views/expectations are managed towards the best solution.
Experience using various software packages for a variety of tasks.
Be proactive and an outside the box thinker.
Be able to produce reports in a timely manner.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to notice patterns within data sets.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
