well-established care provider as a
Home Manager in Havant.

This service is a medium sized specialist nursing home catering for Adults with a complex need.

They are committed to providing the highest quality care possible, they take great pride in providing tailored care and support to meet the individual needs ofeach resident, in a friendly, warm, welcoming and supportive atmosphere.


We are recruiting for a Home Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for the daily management of the home and to be accountable for the home's operations and activities.

Criteria

  • Previous experience in managing a nursing home
  • A Nursing Qualification NMC active ideally
  • Proven track record with CQC
  • Ideally experienced in complex care
  • High care standards and good attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen
**Salary very much negotiable depending on experience p to £65,000 per annum
