Due to rapid growth, we are seeking for for an energetic and self-driven Regional Sales Director

  • Asia.


The Regional Sales Director will work closely with the Global Sales Director to support strategic planning, marketing initiatives, budgeting and reporting for the whole group.

For your region you will be responsible for the:

  • Development and implementation of the Regional Sales plan
  • Creation and Ownership of agreed annual sales targets and budget
  • Delivery of the overall Regional sales target for the Group
  • Development and Management of the Regional Sales Team
  • Building and enhancing the relationships with key agent partners to maximise recruitment opportunities.
Sales responsibilities

  • Formulate, build and deliver the annual sales plan to achieve the regional Bayswater student recruitment target
  • Support the Global Sales Director in all initiatives
  • Work with other Bayswater team members to ensure effective crossselling and successful and profitable management
  • Take a lead role in management and development of key agent relationships and in sales channel development within the region
  • Work closely with the Bayswater Marketing team to ensure that the promotional messages for Bayswater are effectively tailored to the markets covered, onbrand, and salesfocused
  • Monitor and report back to stakeholders on market and competitor developments and trends to inform Group sales and marketing strategy and the development of Bayswater Education.
Performance measures

  • Achievement of the Regional sales target for recruitment of Bayswater Education students
  • Target will be based on revenue and yield in addition to weeks achieved
  • Management of Region's sales/travel expenditure within agreed budget

Profile Requirements:

  • An individual with a proven track record of success in international EFL student recruitment in Asia
  • Excellent understanding of the complexities of operating in a variety of international markets
  • Highly commercial, targetoriented and resultdriven
  • Strong, demonstrated agent relationship management skills within the EFL sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and liaise with colleagues and customers globally
  • Selfmotivated with an ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Flexible approach to working, excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker
  • Results orientated
  • A friendly and professional manner and appearance combined with exceptional customer and client service skills and attitude
  • Willingness to undertake frequent international travel
  • Fluency in other languages (preferable, not required)
