The Role & The Person:

We are looking for Support Service Workers to join our bank of relief staff to work across our varying support schemes within the boundaries of Newcastle, Sunderland and County Durham.

These schemes provide services for a wide range of clients including homeless people, families, women living in a domestic abuse refuge and young parents.

Our experienced staff, amongst other aspects of the role, provide our customers with support in developing skills to live independently, manage their tenancy, obtain further education or training, build and maintain positive relationships, manage their money, health and wellbeing.

We are looking for someone with previous experience of working with and supporting clients, with the ability to understand and contribute to support plans and risk assessments.
