Description
Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new permanent position based in Edgbaston with a view to start immediately.
You will be solely responsible for the day to day running of the purchase ledger function processing up to 300 invoices on a monthly basis; your daily duties will include:- Matching batching and coding invoices
- Processing payments by BACs
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving supplier queries
- Processing employee expenses
- Reconciling company credit cards
- Reconciling company petty cash
- Providing cover for sales ledger and other areas of accounts
- General office duties
