Trainee Estate Agent - Mill Hill

Essentials - Driving licence, own car & sales experience

OTE up to £30k+ - Basic salary £16k+ -
Car and petrol allowance paid

5 day week + every other weekend off - NO SUNDAYS

The Role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewings, negotiating between vendor and buyer in order to reach an agreement, as well as progressing the deal until the exchange.

You will also be taking part in prospecting on aregular basis and supporting other member of staff.

Requirements:

Experience in a sales position
Selfdriven with a can do attitude

Excellent communication skills

Verbal and Written
Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
Well organised
Interest in property
A natural Negotiator
A Full Driving Licence
