Our client:

  • A hugely successful, category leading drinks business, with a portfolio of iconic brands.
  • This business has an excellent track record of building brand leading products.
  • Opportunity to work as a Junior National Account Manager on exciting, premium brands, reporting directly into the Sales Director.

The role:

  • JNAM/NAE position, working across multiple accounts, with an Off Trade focus.
  • You will work across independents, convenience and online (Amazon) accounts, with a split between account management and new business.
  • You will be tasked with winning new business across the Off Trade.
  • You will also support the Sales Director on Grocery Mults (with a view to taking on greater responsibility in 12 months time).
  • A fantastic role for an NAE/JNAM looking to gain additional responsibility and exposure working within the senior team.
  • This is a real growth role, with the scope to take on additional accounts and progress within the business.
  • There may be the need to travel within the UK, with occasional overnight stays. There could potentially also be some overseas visits (e.g. business/conference visits, or supplier training).
  • Will ideally have Drinks experience, although branded FMCG experience would also be suitable.
  • Attitude is crucial you must have a real desire to thrive within the industry, be a selfstarter and have the initiative to make things happen
  • Ideally you will have upwards of 1224months experience at either NAE or JNAM level.
  • An understanding of Under Bond and Duty Paid Sales would be beneficial, although not mandatory.
  • Personal qualities: stakeholder management, collaborative working style, ability to work cross functionally within the wider business, personable, ambitious and analytical.
