Kings Estates in Portsmouth are looking for a hard-working and motivated experienced Property Manager/Office Administrator.


With a knowledgeable and experienced team already in place we are looking for someone with an interest in property to join our expanding company.

Skill required

  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Have experience using Outlook and communicating with important clients
  • Be dedicated and and work well under pressure
  • Being a team player and going above and beyond to help other colleagues
The day to day role is varied and interesting involving:

  • Visiting properties to carry out Inventories, Mid Term Inspections and Check Out Reports
  • Liaising with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants for various maintenance issues and following up with quotes to ensure all work is completed.
  • Booking and chasing of Gas Safety Certificates, EICR'S, PAT tests and other important safety certificates
  • Working on our software system to log all details of properties, maintenance etc for which full training will be provided
  • Completing full referencing for prospective tenants
  • Drawing up tenancy and guarantor agreements
Driving license and car is essential.

Working weeks will be 5 days, working 2 Saturdays a month with a day off during the week.


You will be required to work 2 x 6 day weeks during August which is the busiest time of the year.


Pay:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

Property Management: 2 years (preferred)

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
