    We're looking for a candidate with extensive experience of all aspects of tenancy management, who is looking to progress and can bring their enthusiasm and dedication to achieve and help us deliver our ambitious plans.

    This will be a key role within the team.

    Alongside your own dedicated patch, you will provide support and guidance to Neighbourhood Officers on a wide range of tenancy management issues, supporting Neighbourhood Officers with complex queries, using a coaching approach.

    You will draw upon your extensive experience to provide expertise and lead on complex tenancy and safeguarding cases and support the successful delivery of Key Performance Indicators.

    Supporting and coaching our colleagues along the way you will have the opportunity to develop and embed our new ways of working, helping to create a team that's proud of what we do and able to meet our customer needs.

    Proactively leading the delivery of a customer focused service in a defined geographical area, delivering a high-quality housing and tenancy service.

    Working mainly in a designated neighbourhood, you will help to create a sustainable and thriving neighbourhood, customer independence and deliver an exceptional 'first point of contact resolution' customer experience.

    We're looking for those who have:


    In depth experience of working in the housing sector delivering services to customers providing high-quality, responsive and proactive tenancy management and related services.


    Demonstrable experience of leading complex tenancy and safeguarding cases to protect customers, community, colleagues and OM, and in providing support and guidance to other colleagues on such matters.

    Ability to devise, monitor, update and review cover rotas to ensure a consistent service to customers.

    Understanding of the importance of Key Performance Indicators and monitoring of delivery against these.

    Understanding of effective estate and tenancy management, with experience of delivering a range of related neighbourhood management services.

    Understanding of property condition issues with a commitment to maintaining the condition and appearance of properties, estates and neighbourhoods.
