Construction Teaching Assistant


Milk Education is looking to recruit an individual with the transferable skills and knowledge to be a teaching assistant in a construction class.

Daily tasks would include assisting the teacher in a practical classroom environment involving different construction techniques. This would be a practical teaching position rather than a theory based class.


Responsibilities:


  • Positive classroom management, building rapport, and a good working relationship with students and staff alike
  • Being adaptable to students needs providing 1:1 and small group assistance where required
  • Working with other staff members to meet schools' expectations of learning and development
  • Assisting the teacher in the learning of students in a practical classroom environment
