Helpdesk Administrator - Porton Down, Salisbury - £10.50 Per Hour Plus excellent benefits This is a great opportunity to join one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK based at one of their prestigious client sites in Sailsbury


Hours of Work:

8:00am to 5:00PM - Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Salary: £10.

50 Per Hour + Excellent Benefits
Role Responsibilities**:


  • Greet all visitors to the main reception
  • Answering Switchboard/ Helpdesk calls in a professional and timely manner, providing incident/ requests to the relevant facilities team
  • Receive recorded / special deliveries and log and contact client before 10.00am
  • Print off appropriate work dockets as and when required
  • Maintain computerised maintenance system on behalf of engineering
  • Raising, closing, and filing electronic work request
  • Set up conference rooms including all Audio and Visual equipment
  • Book meeting rooms, taxis, car hire and hospitality as directed
  • Provide all monthly billing reports to the business support team
  • Manage client exhibitions, mobile phone contract, copiers, internal accounts
  • Manage emergency phone and tannoy system
  • Experience working in a helpdesk environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of CRM Systems
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to gather the relevant information about a support issue
  • Experience using Microsoft packages
