Venn Group are delighted to have once again partnered with one of our valued clients in the Health sector, to source a proactive and diligent recruitment professional for the following interim assignment:

**Location:
Oxfordshire (hybrid working)****Contract:
Three months +****Rate:
- £14.32 per hour + holiday pay****Hours:

37.5 hours p/week**
Key Duties:
Drafting advertisements for a range of vacancies, posting across multiple sites to maximise reach
Sending out interview packs
Regularly reviewing contracts of employment, model job descriptions, person specifications and Specialist Support processes to ensure up to date regulations are reflected
Writing board papers and policies/procedures for medical staffing processes and practices as required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong background in recruitment/resourcing, ideally in the public sector
Demonstrable administrative skills
